Enlite Research is making the world’s first contactless and wireless building management system called BIOS. Using deeptech to go beyond the traditional building management systems, BIOS uses real time monitoring and controlling hard services (HVAC, lights, AQI, and safety & surveillance) and soft services (Access, asset, visitor management) in a building. With all these advanced capabilities, BIOS comes at only one-fifth the cost of a traditional building management system.
